Appointments missed or rescheduled with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the services booked. We require a credit card on file to schedule an appointment. If a client does not wish to put a card on file, they may either come into the salon and pay a cash deposit equal to 50% of the services booked; or they may call the salon and pay a deposit equal to 50% of the service booked with a credit/debit card. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of their service. However, the deposit will be forfeited if the client misses or reschedules their appointment with less than a 48-hour notice.
